- Event starts on: December 24, 2020 (After the Maintenance)
- Event ends on: January 28, 2021 (Before the Maintenance)
- A character must be Level 50 or higher to accept the quest.
- Before accept the quest you need to have MSP Book in your character.
(obtained from item code at the section before) - The quest will be divided into 4 parts, you must do and complete each part respectively.

Part IV: Thank U, Next - Each character can accept each part 1 time per day during this event period.
- After you have completed all parts, this quest will reset daily at 5:00 AM (UTC+8)

- She will ask you to do defeat the monster.
- When you have finished, return to Ms. Norbury to claim your reward.

- When you have finished, return to Karen you will receive Santy Outfit Bag.

- Wating for 5 minutes, then talk to her again.
- You will bring to Lutie (100,270) and you will find 4 NPC stand there.
- Walk to the blank point on coordinates103,268 and Karen (Santy) will talk to you.
(if not stand there, she will not talk to you)
- She will ask you to sing along by typing the correct lyrics.
