Adjusted Monster Status in Bio Laboratory Dungeon to the first version.
This adjustment is to accommodate Bio Laboratory F4 that will update in the future.

- Added Effect Skill [Acid Demonstration] to Kollector's Lantern.
  Increase Damage of [Bomb] and [Acid Terror] 1% and additional 1%
  Reduce Variable Cast Time skill [Acid Demonstration] by 5 %
- Increased Skill Damage: [Bomb] and [Acid Terror] from Kollector's Lantern.
  Old

  in every 2 levels of character.
